Joe Biden lands in Europe to attend major climate summit
President Joe Biden arrived in Europe ahead of next week's UN climate summit, with his signature climate policy still to go through the US Congress.

Joe Biden's around $ 1.75 trillion Build Back Better package for Social Welfare include around $500 billion for green politics. The package is connected in Congress to a separate support bill worth $ 1.2tn.
"It is a framework that will create millions of jobs, grow the economy, invest in our nation and our people, make the climate crisis an opportunity, and set us on a path not only to compete but to 'Economic competition for centuries against China and every other major country in the world,' Mr Biden said in a White House television address before leaving from Europe.
Build Back Better includes a wide variety of extra funding for health and childcare, education and clean energy reforms.
The green spending would try to dramatically reduce US greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. Further with new tax breaks for electric vehicles, and roll out the installation of solar panels on American homes.
The equally divided Senate has passed the infrastructure bill, but some left-wing Democrats want changes to build better before agreeing to pass infrastructure legislation through the House of Representatives, saying both bills must be voted in tandem. Mr Biden's fellow Democrats announced plans for a vote on Thursday.Mr Biden asked Democrats during a closed-door meeting on Capitol Hill to support his legislative plans and said he wanted to prove that US democracy is still working.
The objects of Joe Manchin of West Virginia and Kyrsten Cinema of Arizona angered the left of the party.
On Thursday, Mr Manchin and Mrs Sinema issued humorous statements that still refused to support the President's cut-off bill.
