Nevis Mango Festival unveils exciting schedule for 10th edition

The event is a vibrant celebration of the island's most beloved fruit and celebrates Nevis' 40+ varieties of mangoes.
The event will comprise of tantalizing mango tasting, thrilling culinary and mixologist competitions as well as talented chefs showcasing their creativity by infusing mangoes into every cocktail and dish. The culinary competition will offer a unique experience to the visitors as it will celebrate the versatility of mangoes. It will comprise of savoury mango infused entrees to decadent mango desserts.The complete schedule of the four-day Nevis Mango Festival 2024 is as follows:
Thursday, July 4 – Inaugural Evening 4 pm to 9 pm - Botanical Gardens of Nevis featuring master class with celebrity chefAfter Party
Friday, July 5 – Mango Mania1 pm to 6 pm – Indian Castle Fruit Orchid
7 pm to 10 pm – Pinney's Beach
Featuring: Mango eating contest, Kids mango hunt, Mixology Competition and more
Saturday, July 6 – Food Tour12 pm to 6 pm – Various Mom and Pop Eateries Island-wide, A Taste of Nevis Passport Restaurant Crawl
7 pm to 10 pm – Four Seasons Mango Restaurant Supper Club
Sunday, July 7 – For the Love of Mangoes1 pm to 11 pm – Malcolm Guishard Recreational Park
Featuring: Mango food and beverage sampling, Chef competition, Festival Wrap Up Concert
It is to be noted that Nevis is home to over 44 varieties of mango, and Nevis Mango Fest is a celebration of their sweet, juicy flavors.
While inviting the residents, citizens, and visitors to attend the exciting festival, the organizers said, "Enjoy everything from gourmet bites to crafted cocktails at the 10th Anniversary of Mango Fest, July 4 - 7!"
