UPDATE: Man charged with Trois Piton murder
Accused due to make first court appearance TODAY
Saint Lucia police have charged a 39-year-old Trois Piton resident with the murder of Leonard Felican.
Janvier is alleged to have have stabbed Felican, 59, with a broken bottle last Saturday.
The defendant is expected to appear in court today.
Earlier this week WIC News reported that a post-mortem revealed the victim bled to death at the scene.Police sources said the fatal injuries occurred during an argument between the men.
