18 Indians feared dead in blast at factory in Sudan

At least 18 Indians were dreaded to have been among the 23 people killed in an LPG tanker impact at an earthenware production line in Sudan, the crucial Indian Khartoum said on Wednesday. More than 130 individuals harmed. Sources in Delhi said that there were 68 Indian labourers at the manufacturing plant. Sixteen Indians were absent after the episode that occurred at Seela Ceramic Factory in the Bahri region of Khartoum, Sudan's capital, on Tuesday.

An AFP report cited the Sudanese government saying that 23 individuals were executed and more than 130 harmed in the occurrence, which, as per first reports, show that essential security gear was absent at the site.
