Trinidad and Tobago police seizes Cocaine and Marijuana worth $22M
Trinidad and Tobago police on Tuesday seized Cocaine and Marijuana worth more than $22 million from Moruga.
As per the press briefing, the arrests are yet to be made in the case, as there was no sign of any person around the area. This has been one of the biggest discoveries made by the Trinidad and Tobago Police in recent days. Officials are now looking for the drug gangs who could have involvement. Days before, the police seized narcotics worth $64M in Quinam, with the products having logos of "Spade" on them. It is yet not clear whether the new discovery is connected to that one. People had expressed outrage over who the new drug cartel "Spade" is.
