Dahlia Henry was born in the village of Brown Hill, St John's Parish, Nevis. Dahlia loves cooking, and her goal was always to become an entrepreneur. She started her business D&S Food Service in June 2009 as a chef and pastry maker. In 2020 she expanded her business and began to produce a variety of popsicles, which are in popular demand.
