The Concerned Citizens Movement on Thursday released the hardworking story of Dahlia Henry, who is the eighth women's month awardee. Her inspiring story of becoming an entrepreneur is an inspiration for many desiring to start their own business.
Dahlia Henry was born in the village of Brown Hill, St John's Parish, Nevis. Dahlia loves cooking, and her goal was always to become an entrepreneur. She started her business D&S Food Service in June 2009 as a chef and pastry maker. In 2020 she expanded her business and began to produce a variety of popsicles, which are in popular demand.Dahlia also provides the best catering service to her customers. She is always ready to fulfill their needs with her delicious food and pastries. Some of the food made by Dahlia include Pot Fish, Mackerel, Pork, Chicken with Rice or Ground Provisions, and Vegetables.
Pastries include Coconut tart, Banana Bread, Sugar Cake, Plain Cake. Dahlia produces over twenty different flavors of Popsicles. Flavors include Coconut, Soursop, Tamarind, Sorrel, etc. Dahlia continues to work hard to build her brand. She thanks God and her customers for their support.
