Footage of Roseau Bay provided by the government of Dominica government.
The clip shows the arrival of L'express des Isles from Martinique, which docked at the city's ferry terminal.
After being badly damaged by Hurricane Maria last month, the terminal resumed operations on Friday, 13 October.
