Antigua: No bail for ATM fraudster

A Bulgarian man suspected of stealing from ATMs across Antigua has been remanded in custody.
Martin Dimitrov Dachenski appeared in court yesterday charged with larceny of an undisclosed amount of cash.
It is alleged that he targeted two separate ATMs on the island.
He is due back in court in March 2018.
It hasn’t been revealed how long he had been in the country, or the reason he was there.
Police revealed last week that they were searching for an unidentified man in relation to possible fraud, and appealed for the public’s help in tracking him down.He was detained on Monday in Montserrat, being brought back to Antigua on a ferry soon after.Author Profile
