16-year-old Tamia & officer Alexander goes missing in Trinidad and Tobago
A 16-year-old Tamia Cupido has reportedly gone missing. She was last seen on Wednesday (January 17th) wearing a school uniform

As per the reports obtained, she left her home for school earlier on Wednesday, but in the afternoon, she didn't return. However, after continuous searching and contacting her close friends and teachers, her parents sought Police assistance.
Meanwhile, the Malabar Police from the south Arima region has conducted an extensive operation to find the victim. The Police have enquired about the victim to several of her friends, classmates and teachers. They even questioned the local Arima constituents, but no further information was found.Meanwhile, the authorities have taken the reports on social media and appealed to the communities to help locate the girl. They also urged the people to contact the Police immediately if they found any information about the victim.
Several users have expressed their sadness over the young girl and even prayed to god for her release and her safety. "I pray for your release in Jesus' name," the user, Donackp Rush, mentioned in the comment section. "Lord Father, guide her to safety," another user, Leonman John, Mentioned.
Another Missing Report Recorded
Notably, another missing report was recorded in the region after a while, within 24 hours. A Prison officer was reported missing after failing to attend duty on Wednesday night.The investigative reports disclosed that the missing man is 35-year-old Jason Alexander Reg. No. 5285 of Barrackpore. He is assigned to the Eastern Correctional and Rehabilitation Centre (ECRC) in Santa Rosa.
He was expected to report for duty last night at the prison but did not show up, sources disclosed to Uncutt News Media.
Alexander left his home around 9:30 AM, driving his silver Nissan Tiida motorcar reg no. PDD 4784. Subsequent calls to his cell phone have gone unanswered, and his relatives later made checks with the prisons only to be told Alexander failed to report for his rostered duty last night.
A report was made to the Police, and other units were informed. Sgt. Mungroo of the Barrackpore Police Station is investigating.
