Farmers to bang utensils to boycott PM Modi’s “Mann Ki Baat”
In order to drown in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's monthly radio program Mann Ki Baat on December 27, several farmer leaders appealed to people in the country to bang utensils on Sunday in protest against three Farm Laws introduced by Modi led government.

Jagjit Singh Dalewala also said that farmers would stop toll collection on highways in Haryana from December 25 to 27.
Meanwhile, farmers also staged a one-day cumulative hunger strike on Monday in protest against Centre's farm laws.
Swaraj India chief Yogendra Yadav, who was part of the press conference on the Singhu border had said farmers would launch a one-day hunger strike on Wednesday at all places against the new farm laws.Five Trinamool Congress MPs on Wednesday met farmers sitting on a relay hunger strike at the Singhu border near Delhi. A 5-member delegation including Derek O'Brien, Satbadi Roy, Prasoon Banerjee, Pratima Mondal and MD Nadimul Haq met and interacted with the farmers on the Singhu border to show solidarity.
TMC chief and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also spoke to the protesting farmers over the phone and assured them of their full support. Talking to Mamta, the farmers reiterated their demand that the Center should repeal the farmers' laws.
Thousands of farmers, mainly from Punjab and Haryana, have been protesting Centre's agricultural laws and demanding the repeal of legislators for the last four weeks at various border points in Delhi.
