SCASPA CEO appointed Managing Director at National Housing Corporation
Former SCASPA CEO and Central Bank Advisor Appointed Managing Director at National Housing Corporation.

Former CEO of St. Christopher Air & Sea Ports Authority (SCASPA) CEO and Central Bank Advisor Appointed Managing Director at National Housing Corporation. The Board of Directors OF the National Housing Corporation has appointed Denzil “Don” James as the new Managing Director. The appointment takes effect as of May 16th, 2022.
James brings significant experience and expertise to his new role at the NHC. He most recently served as the CEO at SCASPA where he served with distinction from 2016 until 2021.
Before that, he was employed for over 25 years by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) where he held various positions including his last position as Advisor to the Governor of the EECB . Prior to joining ECCB, he also served as a Graduate Teacher (Head of the Business Division) at the Cayon High School.
James holds a Master’s of Science in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and Accounting. Many people congratulated to the NHC and to Don James on this worthy appointment.
