Saint Lucia: The renowned Chef Shorne Benjamin is all set to come home to kick off the most anticipated Saint Lucia Restaurant Week 2024. Visitors will get a chance to have a face to face conversation with the chef and experience the taste of New Age Caribbean Cuisine with signature dishes such as Fat Fowl's signature oxtail grilled cheese, served exclusively at The Pavilion Restaurant in Caille Blanc Villa and Hotel, Saint Lucia.  On April 21, from 5 pm to 8 pm, individuals can indulge in a number of mouthwatering dishes. The price for the dinner is US$150 + tax and service per person. According to the information, interested individuals can book their spot at this LINK. While inviting everyone to be a part of this exclusive event, the organizers said, "Join us and enjoy a refreshing cocktail and sumptuous meal with a glorious view of the pitons and Caribbean." The Caille Blanc Villa and Hotel further added that they serve lunch, tea, and dinner from Wednesday through Sunday, with the timings being as follows: Lunch – 11 30 pm to 3 pm Tea – 3 pm to 5 pm Dinner – 6 pm to 8 pm The special event featuring Chef Shorne Benjamin will comprise of one hour cocktail party followed by five courses curated and prepared by the chef himself. The event will provide the perfect change to get a taste of the unique dishes of Chef Shorne.  The Chef hails from Saint Lucia, graduated from the prestigious French Culinary Institute, and worked alongside renowned masters such as Chef Jean-Georges at ABC Kitchen and Chef James Jermyn at Maloney & Porcelli in New York. In 2010, Chef Shorne joined the Andaz 5th Avenue (Hyatt) as a chef, where he continues today. Chef Shorne's career highlights include: •Cooking for the illustrious James Beard Foundation and competing against Chef Bobby Flay on the Food Network's Beat Bobby Flay •Chef Shorne is a regular participant at the Food Network's Annual Wine and Food Festival in New York and South Beach, at Citi's Taste of Tennis events across the world •Shorne has appeared on TV as a guest chef on NBC's "6 In the Mix" cooking segment •In 2017, he won the Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival Celebrity Chef Throw Down
