Renowned Chef Shorne coming home to kick off Saint Lucia Restaurant Week 2024

Saint Lucia: The renowned Chef Shorne Benjamin is all set to come home to kick off the most anticipated Saint Lucia Restaurant Week 2024.Visitors will get a chance to have a face to face conversation with the chef and experience the taste of New Age Caribbean Cuisine with signature dishes such as Fat Fowl's signature oxtail grilled cheese, served exclusively at The Pavilion Restaurant in Caille Blanc Villa and Hotel, Saint Lucia. On April 21, from 5 pm to 8 pm, individuals can indulge in a number of mouthwatering dishes.
