Pair charged after trying to send cocaine from Grenada
Man also charged with money laundering

Two people have been charged by police in Grenada after they tried to send cocaine by courier.
Jamaican citizen Clive Connell, 47,and Esing Carridge, an unemployed 28-year-old from of Holder’s Hill, St Paul’s, were apprehended after Carridge attempted to post drugs on 8 December.
An additional charged of money laundering was handed to Connell, who was found with Eastern Caribbean, Jamaican and US dollars.
The pair appeared at St George magistrates court on Monday.
Connell was remanded in custody, and Carridge was released on 30-day bail.
They are due to return to court on 22 December.
