Nevisian artist Vaughn Anslyn unveils Culturama 50 logo, Premier Brantley shares glimpse

St Kitts and Nevis: Premier of Nevis Mark Brantley has lauded the iconic artist Vaughn Anslyn for crafting the beautiful logo of Culturama 50. The local artist, designer, photographer and decorator is known for designing creative pieces and has been garnering international attention for decades. The well-renowned artist has designed the logo of the most anticipated and loved festival across the region, 'Nevis Culturama'. This year, the festival will be more special as the island celebrates its fifty years. Premier Brantley called the art 'genius' and said, "I hope everyone uses this on their social media pages!" While sharing the logo through his official Facebook page, the Premier lauded him and said, "Culturama 50 promotions continue. Tonight, our master artist, Vaughn Anslyn, unveiled our Culturama 50 sign. All roads lead to Nevis for Culturama 50 and our Homecoming Celebrations." The glimpses of the logo's creation were also shared by the artist himself, along with the caption, "Let's get this year started early 'cause it's gonna be big." The logo in golden colour perfectly describes the golden jubilee of the festival. Meanwhile, the art has also been appreciated by the citizens and residents of Nevis, who are taking to Facebook to laud the artist.

Anslyn is a self taught artist who has been known for designing everything from portraits to murals, event décor, signage, carpentry, and body painting. The artists' work can be seen all across the Nevis, inside different hotels, resorts, parks, etc.

He is well known for his murals and street art, which can be found in both St Kitts and Nevis.
