Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries Minister, Audley Shaw, is urging realtors to get ready to fulfil the developing need for real estate professional administrations in the coming years.

He said a few infrastructural improvements now underway, including the buildout of streets and expressways, and different ventures to come on stream, are making expanded interest for business and private land.

"I urge all of you to prepare yourselves because enormous things are occurring. Jamaica has a great deal to offer, and our developing land advertise is another distinctive case of this.

"Land is a by, and large perceived measure of the financial beat of a nation and Jamaica's heartbeat is throbbing with lightness and open doors for considerably more development," Shaw included.

He was tending to day two of the Realtors' Association of Jamaica (RAJ) International Realtors' Conference and Expo 2019 at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa in Montego Bay, St James last Friday.

The meeting displayed the Jamaican, Caribbean and Latin American land showcases, and pulled more than 100 exhibitors and 1,000 members, including real estate agents, engineers, speculators, lenders, subsidise directors, individuals from people in general and other realtors.

The occasion was held from December 5 to 8 under the subject, 'Thinking all-inclusive, contributing locally'.
