Halfway Tree Sporting facility undergoes major renovations: Samal Duggins

St Kitts and Nevis: The Halfway Tree Playing field is undergoing significant transformations to convert the field into a fully furnished one. Samal Duggins, Minister of Sports, said that this ongoing renovation is a pledge to improve and facilitate the sports sector and ensure that it meets the standards of Local and more significant events.

"The project is not merely an upgrade of physical structures; it's a revitalisation of a space that holds a special place in the hearts of the community," he added.

Further, Minister Duggins emphasised that this benefit comes not only as a sports facility but also as a place to thrive in community teamwork spirit and individual sportsmanship.

While reflecting on his vision behind this initiative, he stressed that this significant project aimed to bring community pride and sports excellence among the teams.
