Police said the suspect had "compromised the utilisation of a weapon" and left the manage an account with an undisclosed measure of money.

A police representative couldn't quickly be gone after the remark. However, Colorado Springs TV slot KKTV revealed that onlooker Dion Pascale described Oliver ventured outside the bank and hurled the cash "everywhere."

"He began tossing cash out of the pack" before hollering, "Joyful Christmas," the TV station cited Pascale as saying.

Pascale said spectators recovered a portion of the cash and returned it to the bank as Oliver strolled to the Starbucks, plunked down and gave off an impression of being trusting that police will capture him, KKTV detailed.

The Denver Post cited police as saying "a large number of dollars" remained unaccounted for, including there was no sign Oliver utilised a weapon in the heist.
