At least 20 killed, hundreds injured as quake hits eastern Turkey

A 6.8-greatness quake shook a meagerly populated piece of eastern Turkey on Friday, killing at any rate 20 individuals, harming more than 900 and leaving somewhere in the range of 30 caught in the destruction of toppled structures, Turkish authorities said.
