Imran Khan govt says no to Maryam Nawaz’s request to travel abroad

The Pakistan government has denied authorisation to PML-N VP Maryam Nawaz to travel abroad, saying those associated with any financial wrongdoing and institutional misrepresentation couldn't be permitted to leave the nation, as indicated by a media report on Monday.

Maryam, the 46-year-old little girl of Pakistan's previous Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, was put on the restricted travel backlog in August 2018 out of a supposed defilement case.
