A St Kitts teenager who was missing for over a week has been found.
The Sandy Point police station said Ruthlyn Williams is "alive and well" after disappearing on 29 October.
Until her reappearance, the 17-year-old was last seen in the Downing Street area of Sandy Point at around 7.30pm.
WIC News understands that the police are still investigating the circumstances that led to the teenager going missing."Subsequent to a missing person bulletin being issued by the police, the public showed serious concern for her safe return," a statement from the police said.
"The Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force takes this opportunity to thank all those who assisted the police with this situation."
Earlier this year the federation was rocked by the disappearance of 17-year-old Leanna Napoleon.
She was missing for over a month before police officers discovered her body. Two people, including her brother, have been charged with her murder.Latest
