Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis Dr Timothy Harris attended the opening ceremony of Belmont Gardens and Residences in Nevis. He was joined by Minister Eugene Hamilton, Jonel Powell and Attorney-General Vincent Byron.
During his address at the reopening, Prime Minister Harris indicated that Local developers and developments like Deon Daniel's Belmont Gardens are good for Nevis and the Federation.
The Belmont Gardens is the latest venture by Local Super Developer Deon Daniel. It is a new development on the island of Nevis. This ultra-modern, minimalist design by architect Anne Herche was designed carefully with its fusion of Japanese zen and Caribbean flair.
Belmont Gardens is also Nevis's first duty-free shopping lounge and offers a premier shopping experience, offering an unrivalled selection of luxury and duty-free jewellery, fashion, and food.
Several premium wine stores, restaurants, patisseries, jewellery stores, perfume stores etc., are located at the shopping complex.

A new local park just on the other side is also under construction to complement the new structure. Several other restaurants, including Sunshine's Beach Bar and Grill, is also expected to complete.
The Belmont Gardens and Residences offers both one or two-bedroom options, fully furnished.
The exterior of the residences rustles with palm trees and ferns and smells of flowers in a super manicured garden that is decent to perfection. The apartments are elegantly decorated with immaculate native flora and fauna carefully selected from the developer's impressive greenhouses.
The garden continues with the minimalist theme, offering an unobtrusive space for reflection. The natural environment allows the provision of highly efficient solar energy conservation solutions to protect the region's natural beauty.
