PM Roosevelt Skerrit performs community service with family at Roseau Bayfront
Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit and his wife, Melissa Poponne Skerrit & kids gave community service in the City of Roseau.

Roseau, Dominica: Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit and his wife, Melissa Poponne Skerrit, gave community service in the City of Roseau by helping to clean and beautify the Bayfront.
The husband-wife political duo performed the community service on Thursday.
Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit himself painted the plant pots at the Bayfront and encouraged all who could do some work to uplift their immediate surroundings while keeping themselves and their families safe.
Melissa Skerrit, who is also the parliament representative from Roseau Central, also contributed to the beautification of the Bay Front. The Virgin Lane sidewalks were also cleaned in preparation for rehabilitation.

Besides this, cleaning the Roseau River was the 3rd major project in Roseau for Community Day of Service. The volunteers removed the bushes from around the river and made the area tidier. Mrs Skerrit thanked all those who came out to assist. She particularly expressed her gratitude to the Roseau Central Team, Kennyg for life Jno Baptiste, Zone Rouge, Roseau City Council, and Sonia Felix & the team. The entire family was seen wearing the same t-shirts with 'Hola' written on them.
