Dominica: Irving McIntyre distributes gifts to kids in Roseau Valley

Roseau, Dominica: Minister of Health, Wellness and New Health Investment of Commonwealth of Dominica, Dr Irving McIntyre invited people to help others as the holiday season is coming ahead. Over the past two days, Minister distributed gifts to the Roseau Valley family of children. He said it is just a small gesture to show them how much they are appreciated, loved and cherished. In a long Facebook post on Saturday, McIntyre stated that everyone must come together and shower love on each other by sharing gifts, bringing joy and giving comfort.

Minister also shared some photos of kids who received several different types of gifts from him, "The smiles on these little faces were priceless," "It’s the end of year Holiday Season when we make a special effort to reach out to family, friends and loved ones. It is a time of coming together, reuniting and a season of showing love to each other," wrote Dr McIntyre.

He also stated that it is the season to laugh, reminisce, enjoy the good food and most of all give thanks and praise. Besides this, he also thanked all the hard-working LYO members for making these events a success. He also advised the general public to continue following coronavirus protocols and celebrate in a safe environment.
