St Kitts-Nevis police find ANOTHER illegal gun in Cotton Ground

Police officers from the Nevis Division Task Force discovered and seized on pistol and nine rounds of ammunition in the Cotton Ground community last night.
In what the police force is describing as a “strategic patrol”, officers picked up a .40 handgun.
WIC News understands that no one has been arrested or questioned in connection with this latest find.This latest seizure brings the total of illegal firearms seized during 2017 to 29.
The last was on 10 July during the execution of a search warrant on a property in St Kitts.
Head of the Nevis Division, Police Superintendent Trevor Mills, said: "I want to commend our team for their continued vigilance, our increased presence and operations in the communities are bearing fruits.
The Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force is appealing for members of the public to come forward and share any information they may have regarding criminal activity.
