Antigua and Barbuda: The Tourism Authority is all set to host the 2nd annual Food Forum on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at the John E St Luce Finance and Conference Center. The event is being hosted as part of the most awaited Antigua Barbuda Restaurant Week.
This immersive event will be held from 8 30 am to 4 30 pm and is designed to spark conservations around the themes of sustainability, farm and sea to table practices, culinary traditions, innovation and global fusion.
While announcing the event, the Authority said that it had been designed specifically for chefs and restaurants, food and beverage managers, hospitality industry stakeholders, sustainable farming and fishing advocates, culinary students and educators, food enthusiasts, media, and critics.
Throughout the event, participants can expect panel discussions on various topics, with the major one being the following:
