Prime Minister stated he was pleased to note the project's progress and make some further recommendations.

Champagne Beach was named "Champagne Beach" because gas bubbles regularly emerge from the volcanic seafloor, creating beautiful underwater magnificence. Its mix of crystal clear water and abundant marine life makes it ideal for snorkelling and diving. The beach itself is rocky, with patches of black volcanic sand.
