VIDEO: Contract signing for Dominica manufacturing loan fund

The Dominican government, through the Ministry of Commerce, Enterprise and Small Business Development, approved EC$15 million for "improvement and expansion of the sector.
Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit and other senior ministers are in attendance.
