Two injured in Haynesville shooting

Two men were shot during a shooting incident in Haynesville, St James.
Acting Inspector Rodeny Inniss said that police at Holetown received report of a shooting incident about 12.15 pm today, Saturday, August.
It is alleged that is was a drive-by incident.
The Police Public Relations Officer confirmed that police are currently at the scene along with ambulance personnel who are treating one of the victims.
The other victim has left the scene for medical treatment. His treatment facility is yet to be verified by the police.
Inniss said that the extent of their injuries are unknown at this time.
A 24-year-old St Michael man was shot in his face.
The victim is Dimitrio McCollin of Military Road in St Michael.
According to the police report, he was in his car parked along Perfection New Road when the shooting incident happened. It was around 3.15 pm on Thursday.
He was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital by a private vehicle and is hospitalized.
Police said investigation is going on.
