Terry Baron row: UWP, Lennox Linton mum over Chris HP
The party leader is restraining himself to speak about Chris HP.
Denial of Lennox Linton over Terry Baron issues is making it clear that the party leader is restraining himself to speak about Chris HP, a person who is rumoured to be the campaign financer of UWP for upcoming general elections.
Party’s failure to clarify Linton’s relationship with the unknown person named Chris HP is forcing the citizens to make assumptions. Social media is flooded with people asking UWP the identity of Chris HP.
On a recent Facebook post, a Dominican citizen claimed that Chris HP is the same person who was recorded with Linton in the CBS’s 60 minutes documentary.
Nevertheless, the mystery behind Chris HP will remain unclear unless UWP clarifies their relationship with this anonymous person.
The politics of the commonwealth of Dominica heated up after the exposure of opposition leader Lennox Linton by a Europe Based news organization.
CCE News proved Lennox Linton’s declaration wrong by publishing his photographs with Terry Baron, whom Linton claimed to be unaware of.
In his recent radio talk on Q95 FM Linton agreed that the person was present at their candidate launch event on 19th of May 2019, he also clarified that anyone can attend their event and anyone can get their picture clicked with him, but “I don’t know Terry Baron” and not have any sort of connection with him. This statement clears the fact that the picture of Lennox Linton is not photoshop work, those are authentic photographs.[audio mp3="http://wicnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/WhatsApp-Audio-2019-10-06-at-2.00.42-PM.mp3"][/audio]
He said. “I am accused of being involved in some sort of conspiracy with a person they name Terry and my pictures were surfaced with the same person.”
“We were at the Roseau Bayfront and after our event, this person came to get a photograph clicked and I do not know any Terry Baron.” added Linton.
