St Kitts: Man charged for possession of cocaine

Elvis Richardson of Craddock Road was formally charged on Friday, February 15, for the offence of Possession of Cocaine. Richardson was stopped and searched in Charlestown on February 13, and was found with four (4) transparent dime bags containing cocaine.
