Mango Beer soon to enrich Nevisians’ taste buds

St. Kitts and Nevis: Mango Beer, brewed with locally produced mangoes has been announced to soon enrich the tastebuds of the populace of St. Kitts and Nevis.

“A good thing is getting even better! Locally brewed beer right here is Nevis coming soon just in time for the grand 10th anniversary of our Nevis mango Festival,” mentioned Premier Mark Brantley.

With such a statement, he made an official announcement for the mango beer to be live in the country on the 10th anniversary of Nevis Mango Festival. People are so excited about this new addition to be done in the country.

“Sounds exotic. Creativity attracts. I love this. Sure is different,” mentioned one.

“You have really tried in promoting Nevis, Culturama 50th anniversary and business in and around Nevis,” added another.

Interestingly, there are 44 variants of mangoes available in the country which will offer the savour side and the juicy flavors.  And, the country celebrates its rich cultural fruit every year. This year, it is going to take place in the country from July 4 to July 7, 2024 and will mark its 10th anniversary. 

This four day celebration in the form of Nevis Mango Festival will offer the special taste of mango- a fruit which is not only loved by Nevis but by the people worldwide. At the fest, there will be the display that will have stalls and different booths of unique dishes that will be crafted with the use of mango to fulfill the eating demands of the visitors.

At the event, several celebrity chefs will be invited as the teachers in the festival who will interact with the local young chefs and advise them about their career in cooking. Also, they will shed light on the significance of the mango and its use in different dishes.

Along with these, there will be several activities that are Mango eating contests, Kids Mango Hunt, a Mixology competition at different locations.
