Biggest Fintech event in Caribbean FiX24 to take place in Barbados
The Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. is hosting these three-day conferences where visitors will get a chance to learn from global thought leaders and connect with Fintech Industry leaders.

The biggest Fintech event in the Caribbean, FiX24, is all set to take place in Barbados this year from January 24 to 26 at the Sam Lord's Castle. The event will connect more than 100 world-class from across the globe.
The Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. is hosting these three-day conferences where visitors will get a chance to learn from global thought leaders and connect with Fintech Industry leaders.This conference is perfect for networking and mingling with like-minded individuals, as more than 125 founders, investors, executives, policymakers, and other industry thought leaders will attend.

The Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Mottley, welcomed the event with open arms and outlined, "I want to salute the hosts of this conference for bringing you here to this wonderful country and allowing you to meet those of our citizens who are engaged in Fintech." "But I salute you for a different reason as well - for the attention that you are bringing nationally to these issues because it allows our voice and our advice to go wider than just this room at the Hilton hotel in Barbados," said Mia Mottley While announcing the launch of this event, the BTMI said, "The countdown for FiX24, the biggest Fintech event in the Caribbean, begins! Some of the industry's most prominent innovators and entrepreneurs will join us in Barbados to discuss financial technology."This is the second time that this is being held, and it is gearing up to be bigger and better than the inaugural conference held in 2022 with more than 700 fintech professionals.
As per the CEO and co-founder of Fintech Islands, Allison Hunte, FiX strives to help businesses and individuals in the Caribbean region to understand better and leverage fintech.
The major aim of the conference is to promote financial inclusion while allowing more people to access financial services and businesses to expand their operations.
According to the information, the official speaker line-up will include over 130 founders, investors, policymakers, executives and other thought leaders in the industry. The topics which will be covered will include modernizing central banking, the future of commerce, open finance, wealth building and payment innovation.
In addition to this, FiX offers business and social networking opportunities, which can lead to the development and growth of new businesses and collaborations.
