Antigua and Barbuda Tourism to host hiking challenge for Wellness Month
Antigua and Barbuda Tourism is hosting hiking challenge for Wellness Month 2024, theyv also invited the people of the country to participate

The hosts of the initiative have shared the details about the hiking that will run for the whole month. They have carefully chosen locations across the twin islands for the hiking experience.
The hiking challenges is especially designed for the wellness enthusiasts of the island. The challenge will be hosted every weekend of the month, in a different location of the country. The particiapants of the hike have to convene at the starting point exactly at 6:00 AM. Wadadli Trail Blazers will serve as the guide for the journey.The first hike is scheduled for Saturday, January 6 and will start from the Pensioner’s Beach to Fort Barrington in Antigua.
The second hike of the month will be hosted on Sunday, January 14, starting from Wallings to the Signal Hill in Antigua.
The third hike is scheduled for Saturday, January 20. The hike will start from the Manning Tower to Bluff House
The final weekend of the wellness month will take the hiking challenge to the sister island of Barbuda. The hike will start from Darby Cave in Barbuda. The locations are in four different corners of the twin islands, thus justifying the title of the hiking challenge.
The authorities have invited people to sign up for the challenge. Interested persons can sign up for the event by emailing at info@visitaandb.com.
The wellness month will include a number of events, including:

• Spa experiences
• Hiking trail exploration
• Off-shore Island Excursions
• Yoga on secluded beaches,
• Culturally immersive experiences
• Healthy eating options.
