33.2% of Grenadians receives second dose of Covid vaccines

On the other hand, only 4.9 percent of the total population have received the first dose of the vaccine, which means that the health ministry of Grenada has administered a total of 5,511 first dose of the WHO-approved vaccines.
As per the statistics of the booster doses, a total of 5,460 people have received the booster shots, which represents 4.8 percent of total population of Grenada.
The Health Ministry of Grenada reports that a total of 28 people have been exposed to the viral infection of the COVID-19 pandemic, while the country has not reported any fatality related to the viral illness on February 23, 2022.
With the emergence of the new cases, the positivity rate of the novel coronavirus in Grenada stood at 7.8 percent.
As per the health ministry, a total of 11 have been recovered from the COVID-19 pandemic over the past 24 hours in Grenada on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. A total of 359 samples have been processed with the testing methods of the COVID-19 pandemic.
A total of four new patients have admitted to the hospital, out of them one patients was moderately ill and the remaining three were critically ill.
The toll of the active cases of Grenada stands at 204. Since the pandemic has emerged in the country, a total of 135,761 samples have been processed with the testing methods of the novel coronavirus, and out of the tests, 13,626 people were exposed to the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 85.891 doses have been administered to the people of Grenada so far.
So far, a total of 214 people have succumbed to the COVID-19 pandemic in Grenada, as per the health ministry.Latest
