The leader of Islamic State and international terrorist groups has been killed by the United States military operation in Syria, said US Prez Donald Trump.
While addressing from White House, Donald Trump said that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi detonated his suicide vest after being captured at the end of a tunnel followed by special forces.
The terrorist leader came into prominence in the year 2014, when he officially announced the creation of Caliphate – Islamic state – in the regions of Iraq and Syria.
Islamic State terrorist group is infamous for their brutal assault on people killing thousands following their path of Caliphate and imposed a brutal dominance on more than 8 million people the areas under its control and was behind the attacks across the globe at different places.
However, the United States declared that the Caliphate has been defeated earlier this year. In an offset statement on Sunday Morning, Trump asserted that Bhagdadi died after running into the tunnel in Idlib province, whimpering, crying and screaming all the way as he was being chased by the US dogs, added Donald Trump.
According to President, the Bhagdadi was with his three young children when he detonated his suicide vest killing them all. However, the blast humiliated the body but, his DNA tests confirmed his identity.
