Another major new hotel project is coming to Grenada.
The Silversands boutique hotel is planned to debut on the island’s Grand Anse Beach in the spring of 2018.
The property will include 44 suites and nine residential villas anchored by a 100-metre pool billed as the longest in the region.
It’s the second major new project announced this year in Grenada, following the launch of the Kimpton Kawana Bay Grenada Resort, Kimpton’s second Caribbean property.
The nine residences will be available for purchase, with five seaside villas and four hillside villas ranging from 13,500 to 26,500sq feet.
The property will also feature a spa with four treatment rooms, a sauna, a hammam, a swimming pool and a gym, along with a private beach club with a resident DJ.
