A 5.1-magnitude earthquake hit Ezgele region in Iran's western Kermanshah province, near Iraq border, at 14:58 a.m. local time (1028 GMT) on Saturday.
According to Iranian Seismological Center, the epicenter of the earthquake was at the depth of 8 km, 34.847 degrees north latitude and 45.762 degrees east longitude.
