Grenada to provide low-income housing units to residents in Corinth

Grenada: The Housing Authority of Grenada is all set to begin distribution of low income housing units in Corinth, St David. These units will be provided to the needy families across the constituency.
According to the information, the financial institutions were notified of the availability of the legal documentation for the units on Monday.
The officials further added that from March 19 to 22, between 9 am to 6 pm in Corinth, the following will take place:
- Assigned units will be available for inspection for pre-approved clients (appointment for viewing required)
- Clients can set up an appointment by contacting HAG’s main office
- Inspections will be conducted in the presence of HAG officials
- All queries by a client must be noted on inspection forms
- Corinth, St David
- The Villa, St Patrick
- Dumfries, Carriacou
- Beausejour, St George
- Diamond, St Mark
- Inspection and acceptance of unit
- Signing of sale agreement
- Preparation of conveyance by the legal team
- Finalization of transition between financial institutions, HAG and legal team
- Hand over of keys to the homeowner
- The Villa, St Patrick – April 2 onwards
- Dumfries, Carriacou – April 2 onwards
- Beausejour, St George – April 15 onwards
- Diamond, St Mark – April 29 onwards
