Florida teen ‘beats his mother’ in spat over CHEESEBURGER

Drugs possible factor in attack

Friday, 16th June 2017

A domestic battery charge has been handed down to a Florida teen who assaulted his mother during an argument over a cheeseburger earlier this week.

According to MailOnline, Noah Sullivan-Lincoln, 19, “got into a physical dispute with his mother, Cheryl Sullivan-Lincoln in the family's kitchen of their St. Petersburg, Florida home”.

The Pinellas Country court complaint alleges that the son “spat in the face of the victim as there were arguing in the kitchen of their home over a cheeseburger”.

The report indicates the man may have been under the influence of drugs when he apparently smacked the burger from his 57-year-old mother’s hand, hitting her arm in the process.

After his arrest, Noah Sullivan-Lincoln confessed to the attack.

The charge of domestic battery is a misdemeanour, and the teenager spent half a day in the county jail before being released.

Noah, who works for a window replacement firm, has been ordered by a judge not to have contact with his mother.
