St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party launches manifesto

- Each adult would be allowed to get one duty-free vehicle
- Three VAT days every year including reduction of VAT from 17% TO 13%
- SMALL BUSINESSES to be stimulated by using start from ZERO tax plan
- Small businesses to be exempt from taxes
- Farmers to get duty free concessions on tools
- Essential workers (police, nurses, defence forces, firemen and sanitation workers) to get housing allowances
- Development bank loan interest rates to be reduced from 9 percent to 5 percent
- Students attending CDBC to pay no fee
