Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party opened three political/campaign offices in different constituencies. The new offices were opened in Saddlers, St Paul's and Newton Ground.

Then the Mega Rally that followed featured presentations by candidates and former party leader Denzil Douglas. He stated that these offices would remain open daily to serve the constituents.

"Our Constituency boasts of 3 Campaign Offices, which will be opened daily to serve Constituents and the renaming of the Constituency to Labour Land," stated Douglas.

"Labour Land, because C6 has Never flirted with any other Political Party and has remained Loyal to the 90-year-old St. Kitts Nevis Labour Party, the Longest Political Movement in the Caribbean," said Douglas.

Furthermore, he thanked the constituents of number six and stated that the party will be now moving ahead with a general election campaign to other constituencies.

During the opening of constituency offices, Konaris Maynard- Deputy Leader of St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party gave a performance singing the famous "Jump" song for the massive gathering.

"Dottica ably introduced Dottisha Twin Sisters and me from Newton Ground, Local Artistes and our Calypso King Konris wetted our appetites for more and more of his very popular and catchy song De Man from 3/Jumping Up Again," wrote Douglas on Facebook while talking about the Mega Rally.

He reiterated a victory for St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party in the upcoming general elections that are due by August 2022, as Prime Minister Timothy Harris dissolved the parliament following the no-confidence motion filed against him by the majority. He also dismissed six government ministers, accusing them of failure of duties and lack of commitment toward their portfolio. The dismissed ministers include Deputy Prime Minister Shawn Richards and Foreign Minister Mark Brantley, among others.
