PM Timothy Harris advises parents to register their children for Pfizer vaccine

He said the government's priority is to save lives, and vaccines could safeguard people from contagious coronavirus. He said now people in St Kitts and Nevis have vaccine-related options. The country is among the six Caribbean nations to access the Pfizer BioNTech coronavirus vaccine, whose rollout starts September 1, 2021.
PM said the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine could be administered in children over the age of twelve. He said the vaccination would protect all. The Prime Minister said that the coronavirus vaccine is safe, and 95% of the doctors across the country have taken the shot. He noted that doses are being given at all 11 health centres, and people can get their appointments fixed.The country has been making all efforts to aware the general public of the benefits of the coronavirus vaccine. Many people believe that taking a vaccine might affect their health; however, the Prime Minister, as well as the Ministry of Health, has been running awareness campaigns to assure the doses are safe.
PM advised the people to get vaccinated, he said the shot saves individuals from catching any severe coronavirus related illness.
