"I was elected by the people to serve. I will either serve a full term, or I will go back to the people, and what they don't want to give me, the people will now give me," said Timothy Harris.
He said that the new cabinet under his government would make sacrifices for the people and would have a heart of compassion.
"I'll put together a team of people who are willing to work for you, deliver for you, have a conscience, a compassionate heart, and are willing to work as a team to deliver for you." Working together, we shall have a stronger and safer future,"
Dr Harris criticised his former cabinet colleagues who were recently fired, claiming they failed to explain to the people why they wanted to oust him as Prime Minister."Everywhere I travel, these countries say things are doing well in St Kitts. No other country has been able to achieve what we have under my leadership," said Timothy Harris.
He stated people would decide who would be the next Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis.
"This is about politics; they want to run the government, and I told them no, so If you want to be Prime Minister, we'll return to the country and let the people vote," said Timothy Harris.
