Nikita Kuznetsov, a partner in the company Metropolitan Group and CEO of Metropolitan Premium Properties, say that foreign investors are becoming more and more inquisitive in buying ultra-luxury properties. According to Kuznetsov, there has been a rise in the number of villa and townhouse sales and an increase in the number of people interested in and looking for properties on the shorelines. Metropolitan Premium Properties, one of the largest and most trusted Real Estate Companies in the United Arab Emirates, said that 30% of its transactions were from international clients, mostly from the UK, CIS, and other parts of Europe, like France, Austria, and Germany. This trend is expected to continue this year as well. One of the most important deals the group made was two penthouses in the W Residence, Palm Jumeirah, to the same person; they also bought a Royal Atlantis Garden Villa for Dhs44m and a one in IL PRIMO Downtown for Dhs42m. The first thing that comes to mind when someone says "luxury accommodations in Dubai" is Atlantis or The Palm, with their unique Arabian design. This is true for visitors from all over the world. A significant change has taken place in Dubai since the Palm Jumeirah opened in 2008. There are now luxury apartments and stylish hotels there and a lot of high-end shops and restaurants around it.Latest
