Jamaica: Boys aged 12 and 13 charged with rape

Two young men ages 12 and a 13, have been accused of assault, supporting and abetting assault and coercive kidnapping, corresponding to an episode in Kingston last November.
As indicated by the police, the young men were captured following a long time of examinations drove by the Center for the Investigation of Sexual Offenses and Child Abuse, which finished with their capture on Friday, February 14.
Charges are that the young men constrained a student to the rear of a school compound, where one of them had sexual intercourse with her against will.
They have been remanded in guardianship and will show up in court on Friday, March 6, the police said.
