St Kitts and Nevis: Premier Brantley continues to work for the development of Nevis, and Tuesday was a rather busy day for the leader. As per his Facebook account, he carried out three different meetings.
He met the members of Nevis Historical and Conservation Society on Tuesday and discussed the plans for a major event celebrating Nevisian-born American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton.
He also welcomed friend Gregg Rawlins, IICA representative in the Eastern Caribbean, on the same day. Premier discussed the ongoing solid partnership in Agriculture between IICA and the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis.
Brantley said he was also delighted to meet Ms. Jones, the in-country coordinator, who is doing great work in the Federation as the country seeks valiantly to achieve greater food security.
Besides this, Mark Brantley also held an excellent meeting with the new Executive of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce on Tuesday morning. They discussed a renewed partnership between the Nevis Island Administration and the business community in Nevis and the wider Federation.
"I encourage business owners and operators in Nevis to join the Chamber and take advantage of the immense business opportunities, training, and development on offer," said Brantley.
He also met Duncan Big Lice Wattley at the famous Mem’s Pizzeria in Nevis.
Brantley's back to back meetings with various dignitaries showcases his dedication towards the development of Nevis. Just recently, with his efforts CCTV surveillance cameras were installed around the island. The cameras are equipped with advanced technology with capabilities of scanning license plates.
