Jail also has a provision
In Chile, regulations are being strictly followed in view of the increasing cases of CoronaVirus. There is a provision of jail as well as fine for violation of rules. After the photo went viral, the President also publicly apologized, but despite this, the Health Department has imposed a fine on him.
The President gave this argument
The President has given clarification after criticism on not applying the mask.
