Six Senses La Sagesse proudly made its debut in the Caribbean by opening its doors to visitors in Grenada on April 10

According to the Six Senses brand, the island is an ideal location for their debut in the region as it boasts incredible natural beauty and soul connecting cultural experiences which provides the perfect backdrop for a journey of rejuvenation and celebration.
As the luxurious resort opened its doors in Grenada, it took to Facebook to extend a welcome to the citizens and residents. “We are thrilled to announce that Six Senses La Sagesse is officially open, and we could not be happier to be the first of its kind in the Caribbean,” they noted.They further said that the friendly and welcoming hosts will make sure that guests feel right at home.
The General Manager of the hotel, Thomas Felhbier said that Grenada is divided into six parishes and Six Senses La Sagesse, which is located in the South Eastern Parish of St David has underwent a huge transformation in recent years.He added that the location is filled with vibrant energy and the brand is delighted to be opening its doors and welcoming its first guests to discover this unique resort.
Six Sense La Sagesse is the newest addition to Six Senses - a part of IHG’s luxury and lifestyle portfolio. The hotel comprises of 56 pool suites, 15 villas which ranges from one two and four bedrooms, each having a large outdoor terrace and private plunge pool.

The General Manager also highlighted that every aspect of the resort’s design has been carefully crafted, considering guest’s well being at its heart from huge light and space to utilising natural and repurposed materials for the interiors.
Meanwhile, the resort also comprises of an Experience Center which offer unique experiences to connect guests with the Spice Island’s heritage and learn more about its culture.
The activities include Caribbean style high tea, farm to table cooking, waterfall dips, visits to dramatic coastlines and rainforest hikes. Also, visitors can have a good time at the spa which is designed to leverage the abundance of fragrant spices with medicinal healing properties as well as with local community knowledge, age old traditions and indigenous plants to make innovative wellness programs focusing on movement, sleep, yoga and longevity.Latest
