New episodes of famous Indian daily soap Uttaran to air in Trinidad and Tobago
Trinidad and Tobago: The new episodes of the famous Indian soap opera Uttaran is all set to air on Trinidad and Tobago's CNC3 Television. The channel is Trinidad and Tobago's leading source and telecasts everything from entertainment to news.

The show which premiered on March 1, 2024 will air on weekdays at 5 30 pm with repeat telecasts at 12 15 pm. The channel officials also informed the general public to not miss the weekend marathon at 11 am on Sundays.

While announcing the schedule of the daily soap, CNC3 Television said, "Watch Uttaran, CNC3's popular Indian soap opera. Follow the story of Tapasya, the daughter of rich parents, who becomes friends with Ichcha, the daughter of their housemaid, Damini. Witness their unique bond despite their different upbringing."

The Television added that the new episode will be based on Ichcha's struggles to reconcile the contrast in the life circumstances between herself and Tapasya.

The serial's story features two friends with opposite backgrounds. Raised in the same home, Tapasya, the daughter of a wealthy couple, becomes friends with Ichcha, the daughter of the live-in domestic servant.

Notably, this new daily soap has replaced the earlier Balika Vadhu which came to an end on Thursday, February 29, 2024. The Indian daily soaps are very famous across Trinidad and Tobago because an estimated of 37% population are of pure Indian descent.

People in the country love to watch serials produced in India on the Colors Channel, and they love to follow these daily soaps in their routine lives.

A few citizens and residents of Trinidad and Tobago also took to Facebook to express their excitement over the new episodes of Uttaran.

"Ohhh nice cant wait to see this one. I remembered seeing a piece of it a long time ago," wrote a user named Amina Mohammed while another user expressed his sadness over the ending of Balika Vadhu and said, "Why take off the current show when it's going very good."
