Trinidad and Tobago: In a shocking incident, a father allegedly murdered his son during an altercation at their residence in Mcloud Street, Freeport. The incident took place on Sunday around 11 pm.
The deceased has been identified as 19-year-old Alex Combs, who had an argument with his father over an electronic device. According to the information, officials from the Central Division received a report of an alleged domestic disturbance at the victim’s home.
Upon receiving the report, a team of officers led by Cpl Bajan arrived at the residence only to find the teenager bleeding from a deep wound to his chest, following which he was rushed to the Chaguanas Health Facility.
It was reported that the teenager succumbed to his injuries while getting treatment at the hospital. The police added that the suspect stabbed Combs once in the chest before fleeing the scene.
